Project Mars provides a two-year warranty or one-time replacement for all products in Europe.  Within the warranty period, as long as the damage is not caused by human factors, we will provide warranty service for you, making sure you can buy with confidence and use with peace of mind. The warranty processing time is about 5-7 days.

Nếu sản phẩm bị hư hỏng và không thể sử dụng trong thời gian bảo hành

Please send a mail and fill in our customer service form on the website for repair or replacement. If the damage is caused by human factors, please also contact customer service for discussion. The shipping cost for returning the product for repair to our company will be borne by the consumer. Please include your contact information when returning the product and note the problem on a piece of paper to help the repair department expedite the inspection process.

Nếu sản phẩm của bạn bị hư hỏng sau thời gian bảo hành

You can also contact the customer service team for repair. We will need you to send the product back to our company, and the shipping cost will be borne by the consumer. Please include the your contact information when returning the product, and note the problem on a piece of paper to help the repair department expedite the inspection process. The processing time is about 5-7 working days. A diagnostic fee will be charged for the repair process. We will contact you by phone or mail after the diagnostic is done for the repair quote. If you confirm the repair or exchange, the diagnostic fee can be directly applied as a discount.
