V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se budeme zab\u00fdvat p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinami a n\u00e1sledky svalov\u00e9 adheze a uvedeme v\u011bdeck\u00e9 d\u016fkazy, kter\u00e9 podporuj\u00ed na\u0161e ch\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00ed tohoto stavu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u0159\u00ed\u010diny svalov\u00e9 adheze<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Svalov\u00e9 adheze mohou vzniknout v d\u016fsledku r\u016fzn\u00fdch faktor\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, \u00farazu a \u0161patn\u00e9ho dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla. Tyto faktory mohou \u010dasem zp\u016fsobit z\u00e1n\u011bt sval\u016f a okoln\u00ed pojivov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b, kter\u00e9 se nakonec vz\u00e1jemn\u011b slep\u00ed (Schleip et al., 2012). Tento proces adheze zhor\u0161uje funkci sval\u016f a m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k nepohodl\u00ed, bolesti a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rozsahu pohybu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00da\u010dinky svalov\u00e9 adheze: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Svalov\u00e9 sr\u016fsty mohou m\u00edt na organismus n\u011bkolik negativn\u00edch dopad\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Omezen\u00fd rozsah pohybu: Adheze omezuj\u00ed norm\u00e1ln\u00ed pohyb svalov\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken, co\u017e vede ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rozsahu pohybu (Schleip et al., 2012).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bolest a nepohodl\u00ed: (Schleip et al., 2012).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 funkce sval\u016f: Svalov\u00e9 adheze mohou zhor\u0161it celkovou funkci posti\u017een\u00fdch sval\u016f, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt vliv na ka\u017edodenn\u00ed aktivity a sportovn\u00ed v\u00fdkon (Schleip et al., 2012).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u011bdeck\u00e9 d\u016fkazy: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Studie proveden\u00e1 Schleipem a spol. (2012) zkoumala \u00falohu fascie, pojivov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b obklopuj\u00edc\u00ed svaly, p\u0159i vzniku svalov\u00fdch adhez\u00ed. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zjistili, \u017ee k tvorb\u011b adhez\u00ed p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011bt a fibr\u00f3za neboli ztlu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pojivov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b. Nav\u00edc zjistili, \u017ee svalov\u00e9 adheze mohou v\u00e9st k r\u016fzn\u00fdm muskuloskelet\u00e1ln\u00edm poruch\u00e1m, v\u010detn\u011b bolest\u00ed doln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti zad a z\u00e1n\u011btu \u0161lach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed studie Turrina a kol. (2013) zkoumala \u00fa\u010dinnost myofasci\u00e1ln\u00edho uvoln\u011bn\u00ed, techniky manu\u00e1ln\u00ed terapie, p\u0159i l\u00e9\u010db\u011b svalov\u00fdch adhez\u00ed. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zjistili, \u017ee myofasci\u00e1ln\u00ed uvoln\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u011b zlep\u0161ilo bolest, flexibilitu a celkovou kvalitu \u017eivota u osob s chronickou bolest\u00ed pohybov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Z\u00e1v\u011br: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Svalov\u00e1 adheze je roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00fd stav, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k bolesti, nepohodl\u00ed a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 pohyblivosti. Pochopen\u00edm p\u0159\u00ed\u010din a d\u016fsledk\u016f svalov\u00e9 adheze mohou jednotlivci podniknout proaktivn\u00ed kroky k \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed tohoto probl\u00e9mu a udr\u017een\u00ed optim\u00e1ln\u00edho svalov\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed.
